This is the type of attention-getting post the Moderator was referring to.
Is this your idea of a scam report?? You post it in this thread - about a guy called "James something"- that you were aware of a month ago - who was asking for money- but you forgot his name -who you neglected to report to staff?? And you dealt with it yourself by telling him he was busted? And you're bringing it up now and you don't even know if he's on the site anymore? And how exactly do you "usually do your busts in private"... we've never heard from you.
Ladies, do you see that if this actually was a scammer, a lot of time was wasted grandstanding about scam, while nothing was done about getting rid of one? Do you understand why we say that reports are to be sent to Contact Us, NOT posted in the forums.
Scam takes many forms. These scam threads are starting to look like one of them.

Report threads that break rules, are offensive, or contain fighting. Staff may not be aware of the forum abuse, and cannot do anything about it unless you tell us about it. click to report forum abuse »
If one of the comments is offensive, please report the comment instead (there is a link in each comment to report it).
