Just select Chat (beta) on top right hand corner next to rate photos and follow prompts and voila - I just had a quick look were 10 chatters in there from all over the world - I chat in yahoo chat rooms sometimes and can be fun if people are welcoming and friendly - some chat rooms are very clicky but I imagine this being new be friendly.
