I'll try anything once. I've tried sheep head, and it wasn't that bad. Rather salty, but not bad. And other people consider it food, so why not?

hell no. nothing like it (makes a change huh). it tastes more kinda like minced up meat mixed with oats and pretty spicy. great with mash

Lol wasn't just talking bout the cooking.......meant the getting of ingredients,from the pig to the pudding and the head to the headcheese.........worked on a farm.
