I'll try anything once. I've tried sheep head, and it wasn't that bad. Rather salty, but not bad. And other people consider it food, so why not?

Sounds like something I would try. I'm a fan of trying different foods. Can't say I'm too fond of gamle ost. Maybe Oslo knows what that is.

Lol wasn't just talking bout the cooking.......meant the getting of ingredients,from the pig to the pudding and the head to the headcheese.........worked on a farm.
Chickens are not a problem after that believe me.
