-approaching a lady via this chat system that we have here without having her approval before is evasion to me;
-approaching a lady via this chat system that we have here when she just told you via email/flower that she does not contact with you or simply made you understand that...is evasion.
Why insist the approach?
We are free to not want to chat!

Its amazing to know that conversation has to pass through some bureaucratic form of approval to get one, well as far as i'm concern, only shallow minds and unsocialable personality would evaluate his/her will to chat or converse.
I have always believe that my insistence not to or break-up a chat/conversation depends on the content of the conversation especial when its injurious to my comfort
It may be interesting to note that conversing with people can improve our perceptions about others.
