that is not a partisan issue....it is a national issue...controlled borders? yes, why not. but the problem will never be solved unless they (the government) start to crack down on employers and whoever employs IAs in order to cut down their cost, avoid taxes and exploit these people along the way.

another radical but essential solution is to amend the constitution so that being born in the US would no longer guarantee citizenship. Just like in Europe, where at least one parent must be a citizen in order for the child to become a citizen automatically.
