Ever have a coworker that you could never get on the good side of no matter what you did? I work with a woman who jumps at every imagined slight and because of her I am home after being at work for 15 minutes. I go in do what I'm told and she expects me to stop what I'm doing just to help her. She's claiming she's being discriminated against because she's a woman and yet the bosses (owners) have pretty much bent over backwards for her. Every other place I have worked wouldn't have taken a quarter of her b.s. She talks about how everyone else is lazy while she does everything and yet she would rather have the "easy" jobs. I work around plastic extruders and these run for 10 hours straight so breaks are not always right on time, especially if a line goes down. Before we got a new supervisor I was taking care of breaking down and cleaning the extruders plus tending to breaks. There were times when I would take a 15-20 minute lunch just so this woman could have her lunch on time. Having been a certified emt, this woman has me at the point where if she ever collapsed of a heart attack or something, I won't move to help her. All I'd do is yell for help Before I walked out this morning she was saying how she was going to make a complaint to the Labor Board. I could still her screaming inside as I was getting into my car.
I'm going back to work. One of the owners just stopped in and said I can or take the rest of the day off. Also said because of her screaming after being asked to take the rest of the day off, she's done. Have a good day everyone

Oh so glad that harridan is gone for you. I just finished a temp job, which I got offered permanently, but my manager had no people skills, someone would upset her and we would all suffer, how childish!
