Ever have a coworker that you could never get on the good side of no matter what you did?
I work with a woman who jumps at every imagined slight and because of her I am home after being at work for 15 minutes. I go in do what I'm told and she expects me to stop what I'm doing just to help her. She's claiming she's being discriminated against because she's a woman and yet the bosses (owners) have pretty much bent over backwards for her. Every other place I have worked wouldn't have taken a quarter of her b.s.
She talks about how everyone else is lazy while she does everything and yet she would rather have the "easy" jobs.
I work around plastic extruders and these run for 10 hours straight so breaks are not always right on time, especially if a line goes down.
Before we got a new supervisor I was taking care of breaking down and cleaning the extruders plus tending to breaks. There were times when I would take a 15-20 minute lunch just so this woman could have her lunch on time.
Having been a certified emt, this woman has me at the point where if she ever collapsed of a heart attack or something,
I won't move to help her. All I'd do is yell for help
Before I walked out this morning she was saying how she was going to make a complaint to the Labor Board. I could still her screaming inside as I was getting into my car.

Excuse the rant, just needed to vent

I'm going back to work. One of the owners just stopped in and said I can or take the rest of the day off. Also said because of her screaming after being asked to take the rest of the day off, she's done.

Earl, there's no excuse for that crap..and, the laborboard will see that... She be out of work...her own fault.

Try and get in a good space...and, hopefully rturn to a more feindly work enviroment...

Oh so glad that harridan is gone for you.
I just finished a temp job, which I got offered permanently, but my manager had no people skills, someone would upset her and we would all suffer, how childish!
