I suppose it is considered ...LOCAL .. if you are traveling at warp speed in the starship enterprise..!
Local to me means less than an hour by motor vehicle at normal highway speeds, thus not getting a speeding ticket....The north shore of Lake ontario from Rochester ,NY , is NOT local..!
Anyone else experiencing this frustration...?
