Whenever you encounter an animal that is acting strangely or out of character, especially animals such as racoons or skunks, always be aware that this animal could be carrying a disease such as rabies. It is always a good idea to keep your distance and consult your local animal control agency.

Seriously.. Im Missouri we eat them, they taste nothing like chicken.
They are completely really dark meat, 4 times as dark as the dark part of a chicken and taste extremely wild.
Takes practice to cook them right to be able to eat them.
Boil 3/4 done then slow grill cook and bbq.
When boiling.. it foams up like it has laundry soap in it.
