hi

has any1 got any advise on the empty nest feeling? i still have 1 child at home but miss my first born so much when he's away. he's wanting to move out into his own pad but i keeping putting it off . he's nearly 17 . we have collected all the gear for it to happen and he's responsible but i just dont want him to go crying just so quite with only 1 at home confused all those times of wishing they'd stop fighting and now confused bring it on rolling on the floor laughing

any suggestion on smooth transitions help

ohh I can't help you with advice. I only have the one and she is 6 and I am making her stay home til she is 30 LOL.

It does pass hun...it is hard but the best idea is to keep yourself busy..take up a new hobby...something you have never had the time for previously..and word of advice ...when he has moved...don't be tempted to ring him too much..but plan on days to have him visit and cook fav food..it becomes precious quality time...

hey they sound like good ideas hadnt thought of those just went oh bummer.. like the good ole sunday roast , recently started netball to keep me on my toes.

Twodawgz: Sorry this dawgz got no pups to leave the kennel as yet.


Is that by choice or just how its all happened?.. sometimes i wish i hadnt had kids so early (but ppl are doing it all the time now). Would have like the perfect life for raising them, but who knows what would have happened anyway. Their are the most precious things in life and the value that they have added to mine is out of this world and i am sure all parents would agree even thou it can get very trying at times.... i am sure you'll have your pups 1 day if you wish to do so
