Your question is interresting. However, what do you mean by 'the same'? The same as what/when? Have things changed for the better or worse since the departure of Mandella? What is the definistion of 'great leader'?does it still improve or is sa going downhill . a great leader for me is a person who is there at the right time and does the right thing for their country,ie churchilllin the war gandhifor india.roosevelt for the usa
