StrangeBrew: To me personally, the most beautiful women in the world are the women with a positive outlook on life. Confidence. Caring. Generousity. I also find great beauty in women who accept their so called "imperfections" and don't worry about what the media shows beauty to be.

friendsfirst: Confidence.Inner peace.Beauty as an outer sense has the obvious effects on peoples minds feelings and actions/reactions.(but like you said she/he could be very ugly inside).Inner beauty can have a calming effect to those that are enchanted by it or drawn to it.ie:spirituality for instance,or any of the key components to a healthy balanced relationship,that are missing,that help make complete a great match.

... this is the kind of stuff I was hoping to see.. because beauty IMO is sooo much more that the outside.. I know that seems like a cliche... but I believe this to be true... my Bro married a women who is older than him.. and by conventional standards a bit large.. shall we say.. I remember when he first met her thinking it was a bit odd, cause my brother is very good looking (or at least was 
)... but as soon as we got to know her, we could all totally understand what he sees in her.. she has a real sweetness about her, almost childlike in a way, and she is really warm and caring.. plus she exudes this real sense of peace, so she has this kind of calming influence on all in her presence.. not to mention she is intelligent and fun etc.. etc.. not all would think it I'm sure.. but I think he hit the Jackpot.. and got himself a very beautiful girl indeed
