Lagoona22: Ok, well done...that means you smoked half your usual consumption yesterday...
but you're still smoked basically a pack of cigarettes in one day.....you've got a way to go. What's your goal for today??...How many smokes??...how are u going to go about it?...do you think you are strong enough??...if you feel yourself getting weak, focus on all the really yucky results of what's gonna happen to you if you continue....look at emaciated cadavers online, of people who die agonizing deaths from lung cancer....what a horrible death!!...Do you need any more motivation??...nah, prolly not. Now go drink a glass of water...good luck...one day at a time. I didn't smoke a thing yesterday....still got no smokes in the house...let's see how I do today...

today my goal is less then 19

hope i'll be under 15 smokes or less

valleygirl: mmmmm

I am trying to quit smoking today

i just woke up and took a gum Nicorette instead of a smoke
made my self a coffee and chick my gum 3 min then replace it with trident

i want to decrease the amount of cigarettes i smoke everyday
by switch gum from trident to nicorette when i have a craving and try to smoke less cigarette as possible in a day. pretty hard not to light up

i hard to change our habits
Do you have one that it will be hard to get rid of it? cappucino everyone

there are some eating "diets" that help reducing the cravings fopr a smole

i dont recall them now, but one of the things i remember is that drinking natural juices help

trying to quit smoking my self, very hard to do,bought the nicorette gum. but could not use it .doctor advised me. that using the gum along with the medication i am on would only make things worse for me,so i ask what do i do,i've tried regular gum instead of cig's.that works for a while, but isnt' a pemanent solution, still trying to quit though.any suggestions.
