What is legal is decided by old farts that have lost touch with reality... so it's a fairly safe bet to say that any modification a young guy would want to do to his car will be illegal.

lol im not trying to show off. they tryna change my bonnet, coz its carbon fibre, take my neon off, and those stupid flames on my windows (which i don't mind as i was taking them off anyway).
