Sorry folks, it is not a job interview. Never less, this one of the question I did have in my job interview. What is the things you don't like in your self? So can you outline the things you want to change in you?

That is such an unfair question
I have interviewed many over the years, and found that a relaxed informal interview is by far the best way to determine if the candidate will fit in and be capable of the position they are seeking.
If I was asked that question I would make a joke of it, describe the noxious mole on the right inner thigh, and that by progressing within this new job I will be able to afford to have it removed.
