I think the free education and health care are achievable anytime and should be, however I feel the climate change element will have to be more progressive. This is due to the expense to business and employment. You can't just rush in regardless as there are many factors and expenses for individual businesses to consider. I definetly think there should be a progressive order and deadline in place to get the ball rolling.

is anything free?

in oz we sort of have free health care and free education .. for how long..who knows dunno

but there are many questions and barriers before we can achieve it

does totally free mean even longer waiting lists for healthcare?

should those that can afford it have access to free healthcare?

should those that can afford it pay for those that can't?

what should be free when it comes to healthcare and what shouldnt?

how do you stop people from abusing the 'system'?

should governments continue to fund private schools or should all that money go to providing better free education?

but hey cuspy.. if you think it can be done.. write up a proposal for all the world leaders.. and I'll back ya thumbs up grin

Great questions(I assume you know-their not new)
All that have been debated for decades in out of Parliament and through all the channels of communication down to the first thought- by the first few people that pondered.
Committed Debate in Parliament - sure
--- followed by Committed Action
Im discussing Aust- but hey - if you are gonna back me to take on the World then were gonna havta get closer .
