so I tried to make it very special.
It was the eve of out 1st years anniversary
So i bought 100 white candles
100 white roses
White satain bed sheets
And dressed all in white.
I trailed the rose pettles from the front door to the bed room,

lit most of the candles in the bed room (I had a huge room)
But had some in the hall way too
i wrote her a poem and left it on the pillow
I made her a cd of all her favourite songs and had it as background music

8pm.... Nothing
9pm.... Nothing -- not even answering her phone --
10pm.. Nothing
11pm I blew out the candles and opened the wine I bought her
2am i was asleep on the sofa when she FELL in the door, with 2 of her friends...
They decided to go for "one drink" and it led to many more
and didnt think to call me, as it was "only the EVE on out anniversary and not the actual anniversary"
So needless to say I was out a lot of money and feeling VERY pissed off.. All over a technicality of it "only been the EVE"
