Can't say I have but my oldest has. One afternoon he heard the apt door open. Thinking I was home from work early he looked and saw my father standing there. Thing is, my father had passed away several years before due to a stroke. One of my nieces has claimed to seen him also.

One of my younger brothers owns a house in northern Vermont which is haunted by a couple of ghosts. One of them was talking to my niece one night after she had gone to bed telling her she had to do something. My niece thought it was her sister and said she would do it in the morning. When she looked, there was no one there and realized her sister wasn't home from work yet. My brother and sister-in-law were spending the weekend at the family camp so she was the only one in the house. It scared her to the point where she went and layed down on the couch. From the couch she could see the door going to the cellar where her bedroom is. She said she could see a light coming up the stairs but before it got to the top it disappeared.

My brother walked into the livingroom one day on his way outside when he saw a woman sitting on the couch. He says he could see thru her.
He's told me how his dogs and cats will at times watch something moving from one spot to another.
They have done some research on the property but can't find anything about anyone dying there.

Another of my nieces had a picture taken while on the bus going to school. It was one of those polaroid cameras and when the picture could be seen, it showed a boy right behind her who wasn't on the bus.
One time while babysitting, the kid walked into the livingroom, screamed and pointed. Next to her on the couch was that little boy from the picture on the bus.
My brother and sister-in-law don't know why but it seems that these two ghosts have attached themselves to my two nieces. So far they have done nothing harmful

Yes, I have. My apartment was haunted. Still is probably, but I don't live there any more.

During the time I was learning to do EVPS... and, knowing our old place was haunted...
Would set the recorders at randm times,...around the house...

Quite a few had this low sni**ering as if someone was right htere at the microphone...most of those times were when my ex and I were together... really creepy laugh.

The spirits in that place did not care for my ex, or the behavor of my son... Son would go in his room and posters ripped off the wall...

Loud stomping on a closed off innner staircase not in use, but still kept as part of the original house...

Sarah saw the lil boy ghost often... he'd hang around, play with the recorder sometimes, and talk... used to sit in one wooden chair we had in the kitchen... never used any others...

A friend of tonys believes there are 2 ghosts in his house. One lives in the attic and isnt very nice, they claim he doesnt venture down often though...the other lives in one of the bedroom closets, isnt a mean one and the door is left open for him. if the door is closed he gets mad and throws a fit...i never saw anything while visiting there. i admit i didnt feel real comfortable in the room but yet couldnt bring myself to walk out of it until everyone else had too, was a creepy feeling for sure.

I wish I could find the old thread where I posted about the ghostly encounter I had in my Highschool because everytime I retell it, its not the same. Anyway, since than my Grandmother passed, and on that same time I saw dark shadows move across the hospital walls. Being a moron I stood up and shouted 'STOP! LEAVE HER ALONE!' and for a minute the shadows stopped in place, then moved on. A few mins later she passed on. I know I looked death in the face that night, and if I ever meet him again, I'll make sure he stops
