Unnecessary lie (8)

He apparently wasn't as interested in me and I could have accepted a straightforward rejection from him,I'm not a possessive person when it comes to love.However,he felt the need to lie to me in order to cut off our connection to each other.I feel really demeaned now from being lied to,it was a lie that was pretty much insulting my intelligence.Not only do I have to cope with the shock to my system of falling in love after all this time and the sadness of being rejected,but being lied to really pisses me off,and I don't know how to cope with that anger about his lie.I've been forcing myself not to contact him and let him know,because I don't want to drag the drama on any further...Have any advice?

i have been there,i just know that when this happens, that's the end,at least for me it is,further conversations will only upset you more.I wish you good luck with future endeavors
