That video reminds as I was walking to work the other day I could hear the sounds of a child's laughter. It was so heartwarming that it made me giggle.

There are few sounds more beautiful than the pure joy of a child's laughter. Why is it sometimes so difficult for adults to be able to laugh like this? If we all could just find that inner child but for a few moments each day,...
And that little gaffer,...I mean sage, breaks me up everytime!
Had a few bad days lately, thankfully they pass.

Someone once told me that when days like this happened I should reach out and explore the words and writings of the Dalai Lama. I really don't think even his wise words would have lifted the "clouds". Thanks to the kind words of a dear friend, I was able to shake off my feelings of "blah" and arose to a new day!
I do wish though, that I had taken the time to watch this video of an even greater and wiser sage than the Dalai Lama. Many of you may already be aware of his teachings - consider this a refresher. To those who have not - the next time you are having a bad day just say out loud "Oh sage, I am having a bad day. What wisdom do you have for me?"
