All that are members in here are not misfits. I think you have to accept who you are. Just because you are different, does not mean your a misfit.
You are different, unique.

If you label yourself a misfit, you will feel like one.

I will be leaving the group after this.
I'm glad you all are here, but how about calling the group, Unique.

You would get more members and may feel better.
I was stuck in a bad place for awhile. I thought I would never
connect with people.
But things change.

Have been rifling through this site looking for something that interests me and saw your comment. Posted almost a year ago and no one has commented. Can't believe it. Yes, you are right. The world is insane. It's global and local.

I'm 64 and living in an over 62 community. Feel like all these people are my parents or some of them my grandparents. They live to gossip. And my younger neighbors; drama, drama, drama.

Try going for a nice hike. I have found that the people there are not too happy with the world either. Still not much drama in the woods. Or a nice kayak ride on a beautiful lake often takes my mind back to where I like it to be.

Life seems so terribly insane. There are so many crazy things happening around the globe. Are there others that see the same insanity I see? Humans are a bit "nuts" it would seem to me.

i'm a misfit because i'm almost a midget...like 5'3", and i love to travel. if i had a van i'd travel constantly...sleeep in there, and just be a freakin' hippie. lol
