MONDAY MORNING (9)
Ah 'tis a grand day. Washed, shaved, showered, done me wee bit of meditation, defrosted the car (well left it running in the drive for 20 min) and hung yesterdays washing on the drier and about to head for brekkie!
Just a case of not letting anything upset me now!

But time for my walk instead.
Boiled eggs, wholemeal toast and porridge. I'll have some fruit now and off to the gym at 3 o'clock! Life is good. Doc just took me off of one of my medications so I'm on the mend!

I could never get to like porridge or weetabix it just does nothing for me.
