Well Im only starting out on it but so far it seems much easier than WW - no weighing out your food and ALL fruit and veg can be eaten in any amounts as long as its fresh or frozen. The only things you have to portion are your calcium and fibre and things they call syns which can be your treats or alcohol.
I'll keep you updated as to how Im getting on

Never ever got through a Christmas without putting weight on. Had a tummy bug Christmas gone.. didn't eat for days and still put on 5 lbs.

I am going to join Weight Watchers tomorrow evening. Because I work strange hours, I eat at odd times so I think counting points would be easier for me. Also when I am told you can eat as much "X" as you want.... I only hear the "eat as much as you want" part and for that reason tracking and counting points would probably work better for me.
I managed to go for a walk today...very short though only about half an hour. I used to walk on the beach about three times a week...only six miles total per week but I can notice the difference since I stopped.

Its all about finding something that works for you M I think as long as you are doing something then thats all that matters

Well I rejoined WW this evening. I weighed in at 10 stone 6 1/2 lbs. That is nearly a stone and a half heavier than I was this time last year... But what the hell, I will try and lose it gradually. I am optimistic about making a few changes and sticking with it. People tell me I dont look it, I dont need to lose weight etc. I myself know what is a comfortable weight for me plus I am not exactly tall. I am only doing this for myself and not to compare myself to anyone else, like I said I know what is comfortable for me...if that makes any sense.

Its not about a quick fix its more longterm changes that will fit into yours life style or else you will never keep them up.
