Weight management Group

Due to the sensitive nature of this group I will limit it to invited members only for the moment just to see how it works out but if you do want to join then mail me.
Why was this group started, well its coming into summer and we are all looking forward to getting our white wobbly bits our for the beach - NOT !!! So we are here to support each other exchange ideas and tips etc. No one is required to post any information that they dont want to any information you post is entirely up to you. Just please post what your goal is be it to get into a smaller or bigger clothes size or if you want to be more specific and say what weight you want to get to thats fine as well.
Also if you are a fitness expert or a dietician and would like to help us as well please contact me and I will add you to the gang.

Well it's new year again and time to start planning the summer wardrobe (in the hope that we actually get a summer!)

I put on 7 lbs over the last couple of months which I'm not happy about. But I have cleared out the goodies, bought plenty of veggies and low fat everything. Have a huge pot of 0 point veg soup cooking and a bowl of 0 point jelly in the fridge.

I've packed my gym bag ready to go back next week. I've started doing my home exercises again.


Onwards and downwards from this week on. I plan to be back at goal weight in a few weeks.

Still at goal here... in fact I'm now a lb below goal.

Haven't been to the gym for 2 weeks. Between chest/sinus/ear/throat infections and my uncles funeral I just haven't been able to get there.

Back on track next week though.

3 down in a week?? Wow. Well done you. That's some achievement. Congrats.

I bought a load of gym stuff today and will be joining on Saturday. Need to tone up now and the little bit of exercise at home is just not doing it.

i lost 3 this week am delighted.. i was told every 1lb of sausages is equal to 8 therefore i lost 24 sausages this week.. help

Down 1 this week. Was up 2 last week, down 2 and got to goal the week before. So should be back at goal next week.

its amazing i wasn't to keen on it at first as it took me 3 days to get the hang of using it but the weight loss everyone has lost and continuing to do so is amazing, theres diets i never even heard of and they're all so friendly and lovely, hopefully it will be of use to you x

KFC and this bagel bar in my town are my downfall uh oh

i came across a site well more of a weight loss forum i probably shouldn't post it here but i am...

they have forums for every diet, lipotrim.. wight watchers.. slimming world etc.. they have great recipes, support, motivation etc if your interested... grin

I will be careful. I was expecting a gain this week. Just one of those weeks! Back on track now.

Joining a gym at the weekend. Working late tonight and tomorrow night and going out from work friday so won't get to do it til saturday.

Dominoes and KFC are my temptations! Had both last week. Will have neither again for a long time.

Be careful, it's not easy to maintain the loss.

Keep up plenty of exercise. That was my downfall. I got fed up walking but my mouth didn't get fed up eating crap. mumbling

Damm Tesco jam doughnuts and Supermac's snack boxes. frustrated

And I have 2 weddings coming up. But I just can't get back into behaving myself. Aaagh.

Up 2lbs this week. Apparently that is quite normal on 1st week of maintenance. Will be gone next week.

Thanks H and well done on getting that stone. Keep at it, you'll be at your target before you know it.
I have to say the SW consultants are brilliant and the support from them and the other group members is fantastic.
