just weigh myself 13stone 12lbs .... but it's great to be in a group full of ladies .....grin i think i'll go for a half stone ... and see how i get on .....

Maybe look at your portion sizes.

The breakfast looks fine but what do you have in your sandwich and do you have dressing on your salad??

Try cutting out the wine and see what happens or cut it down to one glass and mix with 7up free to make a spritzer then you will still get 2 glasses. The wine is empty calories especially white wine.

sometimes its when u really try nothing happens!! different times of month our weight fluctuates! was that a reason?

in terms of what u ate/drank - seems like you didnt over do it in the least. 2 glasses of wine every evening maybe??

did u get time for any exercise?

Hiya! been on a diet pass 2 weeks, weight myself yesterday, put on half a stone blues can't understand why? confused
morning, ...juice, Special k with berries, low fat milk, no sugar, coffee.
11pm, coffee,
lunch .. sandwich or large salad. water. or 7up free!
dinner, meal soup with brown roll, , drink water all day!
2 glasses of wine in the evening!
no snacks!

last month, loss half a stone, without trying!
what going on? blues
could u gave me some advice, want to lose few pounds for the 9th!

Your useful tips?

Instead of eating chocolate have a lowcal hot chocolate drink

Tangletwisters are lovely too if u need sugar

BAKED crisps as opposed to fried ones

I start every day off now with a pint of water (in addition to my breakfast) and drink it as im getting ready for work. when i come in door i drink 2 more pints.

the weight watchers brown bread (2 slices are 1 point) are great if u just want to have something in your mouth.


Its supposed to be a psychological thing, wanting something in our mouths all the time (no dirty thoughts now!!) whether it be the soother, mothers breast when u were a baby, a sort of comfort.

Congrats to all the ladies that were down......Im up one, but i think that was due to a trip to london and celebrations after beating 3 mens teams in the triathlon!!!

No progress to report, only bought a scales at the weekend so next week hopefully will have something to celebrate.

Congrats to all that are a little lighter today than this day last week.

Well done ladies as they say at ww if you drop 1LB a week then thats 52LB in a year which is 3 stone 10LB so when you think of it like that we are on the road to getting slim fit and healthy.

LM had a good comment about comparing the loss to a LB of butter!!
I can just see us all in the supermarket every wednesday stacking up the LBs of butter to see how much we have lost rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

I have ½lb, but am happy enough, had a quiet week, not much exercise, so I am happy to have lost and not to have gained.

There was also that breakfast roll moping laugh
