Can't beat chipper food though for misbehaving, I had a garlic chips and a piece of chicken in Supermac's today. Had planned on having a proper dinner out but the place I wanted to go had stopped serving lunch. Supermac's was next door and I was very hungry.
And it wasn't even the weekend! And I have a party to go to tomorrow nite, probably be loads of nibbles there too! (hopefully )
Drinking loads of water but it isn't helping.

Well I gave in and had sticky toffee pudding with a scoop of icecream.
NO idea how many points were in it and when I looked up my books the lowest I could find for sticky toffee pudding was 10 points plus 2 for the icecream. It was absolutely scrumptious!!!
Now I have gone over my points for the 3rd time this week. So I can't have dinner. I hate trade-offs.
Will have to walk the legs off the dog over the weekend. He will be happy!
I usually have portions of veg soup in the freezer for times like that. Then I just have a toasted pitta bread filled with beetroot, baby spinach, tomato, spring onion, a scraping of Ballymalloe Relish and the soup.
Low in cals but fills you up for ages.

Please forgive me but this evening I had a beef curry with fried rice from the Chinese followed by ice cream from Lidel! Both were wonderful I'm sorry to say!

well I normally have a treat on wednesday night after my weighin but it was waving at me saying buy me buy me so I couldnt walk past but I did save it for after my dinner and when all the dishes were done - I didnt give in straight away if that makes it any better
Last time I did that I put on a pound.
And my son wants to go out for dinner today as it was his birthday last week and he wasn't home. I was going to cook something nice and healthy but it's tradition to go out for birthday dinner and he wasn't impressed with the idea of breaking the tradition.
Oh well there's always next week.

Seems that we are all short on self control!
Oh yes. I said NO! to banoffee pie today! Well, I still felt guilty about last night's ice cream!
I skipped the starter. I had steak burger and chips for main course. I didn't have any dessert.
Maybe I will break even this week but I doubt it.
Starter: Potato skin with cheese melt
Main: Steak, veg and mash with Mexican Sauce
Dessert: Warm Chocolate Fudge Cake with a dollop of vanilla ice cream and a dollop of fresh cream.
And boy did I clean my plate!
Oh me thinks I'll be spending the whole of tommorrow walking to make up for this lot.

Oh God. I've done it again. After a very healthy eating day and a visit to the gym, I got Ice Cream and Bellarom Chocolate out of Lidel. Three quarters of the ice cream and ALL the choc now lie in my stomach!
I had my Sunday treat this evening.....chicken and chips.
Felt guilty cause the scales didn't move this week even though I have upped my walking.
was on a detox for a week, last mon - yesterday... all i had was fruit for brekki/lunch and veg for dinner( veg curry, veg soup, steammed veg) and was drinking at least 3litres of water.. it turned out good lost a few pound...
now my confession is... ive had a can of coke sunday and monday night tis an improvemnet from about 4 cans every day but bad all the same
