Well it looks like there are only a few of us left posting here but I'll keep it going for another few weeks.

Anyway I lost .5lb this week and considering it was my sisters hens at the weekend Im delighted cheering

OK, I'm just starting again but I'm motivated by health issues. I lost 18lbs last year through exercise but soon put it back on again in a rebellious 3 month food junk food binge. I made myself miserable going to the gym every night. I hit a plateau at 15st 2 lbs and couldn't get any lower....infact with the muscle development I was getting heavier.And then the trainer I fancied left so that was the end of that!

So this time a bit more concentration on diet and a bit less on exercise and the ample bosomed trainers. Also, I've got to remember I'm no spring chicken so I need to be realistic about my targets.conversing

Heading to Sligo at the weekend and after that all excuses go out the window as well as the junk.

Between now and Xmas I plan on losing some weight.

I'm not working so there is really no excuse to get the dogs out and go walking.

I am exactly a stone heavier than this time last year...been lazy and also was out of my regular routine in the last few months. Gonna try and get out walking again. I am now 10 stone 2...there I have admitted to it in publicblushing I will weigh in next Wednesdayblushing banana

I rejoined WW well went back after missing a few weeks and not putting much effort in but down 6lb in the 2 weeks Ive been sticking to it. God only knows who things will be after Sligo though !!!uh oh

Well, I'm down 4lbs in 2 weeks laying off the chocs, eating healthy and not late at night...well most days! I won't rejoin WW quite yet.applause

Hhhmmm well Im 13 stone 3, must have puton a bit of muscle with all the training...... just remember people, dont get to fixated with the scales.......It is all about your overall inches you loose not pounds, for people who are embarking on a new fittness plan, remember muscle weighs more than fat.

i lost 2lbs this week,finding it hard getting back to healthy eating lol
