WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY - 19TH AUGUST !! (11)
Anyway I lost .5lb this week and considering it was my sisters hens at the weekend Im delighted
OK, I'm just starting again but I'm motivated by health issues. I lost 18lbs last year through exercise but soon put it back on again in a rebellious 3 month food junk food binge. I made myself miserable going to the gym every night. I hit a plateau at 15st 2 lbs and couldn't get any lower....infact with the muscle development I was getting heavier.And then the trainer I fancied left so that was the end of that!
So this time a bit more concentration on diet and a bit less on exercise and the ample bosomed trainers. Also, I've got to remember I'm no spring chicken so I need to be realistic about my targets.
Between now and Xmas I plan on losing some weight.
I'm not working so there is really no excuse to get the dogs out and go walking.
Well, I'm down 4lbs in 2 weeks laying off the chocs, eating healthy and not late at night...well most days! I won't rejoin WW quite yet.
