So, its a gamble for me every year, sometime I win, sometimes I loose. Any opinions on will we get a late killing frost.

Thinking of my courgettes, marrows, squash, pumpkins dunno help

How big are your patches? In danger of frost you could always cover with fleece for a night..

We had a mild frost last night, the potatoes got scorched as did the climbing and dwarf beans.

according to Ecoprinces all will survive will be a bit later in producing food.
