MY EXAMPLE

Eyes
Soul’s window
Inviting, telling, enquiring
Searching for the truth
looking

Blue eyes
Pools of emotion
Crying through the night
Despair
Searching

Blue eyes crying
Colour faded through tears
Weeping
Stinging
Water colour

Blue eyes cease crying
Dried
Wiped
Moments relief
The pain paused
