This series was powerful. The story, the acting, the sets, costuming, the music, and the realities of life surrounding the 30 year friendship have made feel nostalgic for my past and cry for the characters and for myself. True friendships that stand the test of time are rare. Life is bittersweet and short. To be able to laugh in the face of great pain and diversity takes strength. I need more laughter and dancing in my life. This series shows that sharing our stories has value to others.
