I am such a huge Pat Metheny fan. Most of the music that I hear from him is so deeply profound, though his early eighties music found him coming into his own as a band leader and guitarist. The song "It's For You" is my favorite song of the album because of it's beautiful melody, but also has many layers of guitars, most likely twelve string, that add a richness. When I hear some of this music, it can truly calm me and put me in a contemplative mood. Take a listen and tell me what you think.

The only artist I like better than Pat Metheny is Al Di Meola. I'll claim Al is the better musician though. I just like his style. Pat is amazing though, and this is one of his best!
