Ode to a room

After weeks of grief and hours of pain
The situation had sent me insane
So sitting down i taxed my brain
I had nothing to lose but all to gain.

The leaping up i let out a shout
This problems solved, i had no doubt
So with head held high i did set out
No hesitation,no hanging about.

With bolts and plastic and lumps of tin,
With hammer and glue i did leap inm
no thought of saftey for my skin
I,d not give up i had to win.

I hit my tumb , i hit my shoe,
The air around turned blue,
The bolts and plastic round me flew,
So did the hammer so did the glue.

Then it was done it was complete,
I looked down at my marvellous feat,
With a brand new shining coal black seat,
A LOO repaird a LOO elite

My friend used to always tell me about the dangers of construction, he has broken his leg three times, one on a balcony, one on a roof, and one on a porch with a married woman, the last one was not the fault of construction!rolling on the floor laughing doh
