I'm so tired but I can't sleep
I'm so hungry but I won't eat
I wish this pain would go away
I'm so strong but I'm feeling weak
I want to say a lot but I can't speak
I wish this pain would go away
I want to be there but I'm over here
I want to cure him but I can't and it's not fair
I wish this pain would go away
I see everyone in tears and I can't help
This is the worst feeling I have ever felt
I wish this pain would go away
I love him more than words can say
Never thought it would happen this way
I wish all this pain would go away
