A cool summer day

There's a little breeze through your window
to cool a hard day's work.
While outside clouds full of rain lurk.

As the green of summer dances before the gray sky,
into the wind, the birds try their hardest to fly.

When the rain starts to fall, as light as the clouds look,
different shapes of faces and creatures appear
like those of a stormy book.

Until the morning sun rises, the rain through the
night washes them away, and you return to a harmless new day.

About this poem:
I wrote this along time ago, sitting on the floor in the room. I saw the curtins lightly sway and caught the smell of rain on the breeze.
It was evening about 5 pm, and the whole day was hot.
