Vote to legalize marijuana is coming in three states. This election season Colorado, Oregon, and Washington are asking voters to decide whether their residents can smoke pot. I'm not sure what good a state's votes will do, because the federal government says pot is illegal. Example, the federal government raided and shut down dispenseries in California, and Washington dispensaries were told to shut down because of federal law.
In a survey of 61,634 people, 49% said Yes, 34% said No, 15% said it should be up to the individual state, and 2% weren't sure.
