Classic FM in London England conducts a poll for people's favourite classical music every year. Last year I was very dismayed to find only 3 Strauss pieces made it into their 300 picks because Strauss is one of the best composers imho, especially Strauss Jr.
So if you live anywhere in the UK and enjoy classical music, please consider voting for the top 3 selections I have here so they stand a chance of getting enough votes to make it into the top 300 in their poll.
to vote. You are free to choose any music you want, but if you vote for these first three, as I have just done, then they may get into the top 300.
The 3 that made it into the top 300 last year are By The Beautiful Blue Danube, Tales of the Vienna Woods, and Die Fledermaus. They should get into this year's choices too from other people voting for them again. But these choices are just as beautiful as those are imho, so deserve to be in the top 300 too.
Voting ends on 15th February 2013.
Then, sit back and enjoy all the music over Easter weekend at 100.2 FM.
