I agree with you Starrod. I "met" a man who lives in Leeds in 2011 on another online dating site. We never physically met due to a variety of circumstances which were beyond our control. If he had been local or I had lived up in West Yorkshire, we would have undoubtedly met.
Now, he is terminally ill with lung cancer, and when I, as the publisher I am, tried to help him, he couldn´t handle it. He even wrote that he wouldn´t undergo chemotherapy or radiotherapy, but at the end of the day he has started on chemotherapy, to my utter horror because I know what it really is and the fact that it actually can kill the patient, so became very emotional about it when he told me that his surgeon had suggested it before he actually had the follow-up check up 4 weeks after the surgery which took place in mid April 2014.
I have done extensive research on top of what I have published on cures for cancer of which there are numerous. In an attempt to get him to see the light, I wrote to his son who is in Leeds Prison. That led to this man telling me by text that I could expect a visit by the police if I contacted either him or his son again.
Leaving my mouth hanging open, I sent him a text back to write "OMG, I´m trying to save your life. I love you.X" who claimed that he loved me deeply in so many words.
I also wrote another text, "The chemo will kill you & I can prove that surgery causes metastasis, but the MDs knew it 30 years ago, but don´t tell their patients.X"
If we had been closer together, I have a feeling that it would have worked out, but not at the distance there is between us.
