If I wanted to ask tech advice, I'd go on a tech related forum, not a dating site. It's akin to me asking for a date on a tech site. It's not going to work that well.
Although, the geeks there would be all breathing heavily with some serious sweating going on that a female asked them that question.

But, if I wanted advice regarding the flux capacitor, I'd ask on a forum that knew a lot more about it than the average user here, who'd only Google the answer for me. Which I'd have obviously already done.
As has been stated before. Start a group up. There's groups for a lot of technical stuff already. Maybe join one of them.
PS. Do you know how to recharge a flux capacitor?

Not sure but from what you posted it could be your power supply going bad.

EVERGREENS: Mousy do you know what MXIT is? It started out as chat portal, now you can buy, rent, anything from homes to vehicles cell phones, insurance, look4jobs, buy airtime, send/receive money, and more..
How does that help me and my taskbar problem?
I found a couple more that allow me to see my mails and the weather in several countries now. My visible screen is getting tiny, but it's worth it with all the knowledge I have in my taskbar
