I'm surprised my local news station never picked it up.

I saw this story yesterday on Yahoo News though.

There was freedom of speech when the guy knew he was being filmed, but when he threatened him, he was breaking the law.

He's since apologised after refusing to do so at first.

This was a case of a congressman showing his true colors. Screw the apology, he screwed up.
But you know what, even though he was completely in the wrong, the Republicans of Staten Island are going to hold on to him anyway. If it was a Dem they would have gone nuts and cry for him to resign.

thumbs up

He's a public figure. He's supposed to hold his temper when in the public eye or when a camera is on him. After that he can swear and threaten all he wants when he's in the bathroom.

He didn't like it that the reporter questioned him on the investigation about campaign funds.

Perhaps he has a reason to freak out.

He's a young snot nose...next election throw the creep out or someday he might actually take action on someone

That's the thing the reporter didn't even get a question out. He went back to the camera saying he wanted to ask but was turned down. Then Grimm got in his face.

I think he thought he was on MobWives or something.
