cristina: It's hard to be indifferent on Michael's signifficance. "Unfortunately", if people are really honest, they will all have to recognise his magnitude. But no, people on CS just feel like screewing it all just for the sake of it, of a mean laughter, of a ...just because.
druidess6308: Musically, Michael has nothing on Elvis. And Elvis may have had his issues, but at least they didn't leave permanent scars on the lives of children.
And if I hear one more Michael Jackson song in the next week, I'm going to turn my radio off for a year.
You said it Elvis is way above, and not a child molester...Thanks Jackco the Sickco....

Hi SummerUK i would have to well if you look in my one picture you will see Elvis clocks behind me...so i would say Elvis, but in saying that i find it hard to believe the way both men have been put down over the year's...till any of us have walked in their shoe's ..maybe we should keep the rude comment's to our self's

cristina: I guess they just want to be different. I just wish there was reasoning behind it.
Yeah! amazing that they should feel so bold as to make the statements on a dating site where potential 'mates' will be suitably aghast to their dispicable behaviour... Don't they realise that???
Some just NEED so much attention. I feel sorry for them to be honest

...and, people saying: "it was the best for him..." I mean, how many problematic people live for long, harming others? He was enthusiastic about his coming back. That was "the best" he chose for himself lately. Who are people to state what's best for others when their opinion are not asked for?

Absolutely
The even funnier thing is that the ones who do the name calling are supposed to be Christians

Well, if you can well back up your eager for attention, well, that's fine with me I just thought it was aweful that people can say bad things and laugh about his death. "He was a child molester"- this is all they got! I mean, get the facts right and you'll come here with more elaborated statements.
Arlene101: No one can and that is why I voted for both.
Two different people in two different eras and styles.
I still remember the first time I saw Elvis on the Ed Sullivan show.
You've got a point there. I remember the first time that I saw Elvis too. I liked Michael's style too. He was very talented. Each was good in their own way.

SummerUK: Thats true Arlene..I don't remember that much of Elvis growing up but if his songs come on at a party we all dance and know the words to his songs lol
I guess I grew up with Michael so I tend to favour him
I was fortunate enough to see the beginning of both of their careers and sadly enough to see the end.

Arlene101: I saw those interviews and follwed then and I often wondered if he settled rather than drag it out for the sake of lawyers and $$$$$$$$. There are a few like McCauley Caulkin who testified nothing was wrong.
There sre so many money mongers out there just looking for money.
I think I will leave it at that because I wasn't a witness or in the jury box.
SummerUK: Ahhhh! don't even rise to it..people like that have bitter hearts.
Yes my mistake...people like to hear crap....and see others fail so they can feel good about them self's and their lives... (not all people but lost....

Give it up for Michael !!!! Michael was a sweet, kind, compassionate, gentle, friendly & nice guy. Musically the man was a genius & he sure could move. Elvis was just as great musically & he was an awesome dancer as well. Although Michael had certain flaws & issues but lets concentrate on him as an entertainment icon. I doff my hat to both 'The King Of Pop' & 'The King'. Rest In Perfect Peace Guys. Before you go around judging people, you've got to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if you're perfect. Ain't nobody perfect out there folks.
