It's not time that is to blame, in my opinion, it's the unfolding of generations of human evolving ( devolving? ) towards a higher ( lower? ) consciousness in the raveling ( unraveling? ) of the genes.
Think of it as a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy....from an original ( first man/woman ) after so many copies, the quality tends to suffer, although the quantity keeps growing regardless of what happens....
Just a thought.

Agreed. It's a changing world and some changes are not always for the good of mankind. It's people who change values and move the goalposts not time.
