Met loads of people I first got to know via the internet.
I meet people via the internet and people I just bump into in the street. Lifev is good. You can't have too many friends on this planet - ok 'real' friends should be few but loads of nice interesting aquaintances (some of whom you do 'naughty but nice' thing with) are part of the joy of living.

There is very little point in being a member of a dating site if you are not prepared to meet someone in real life.
For those that are here just for the forum it is of course a different matter.
