C'mon Vinny...whatever happened to actually ACCOMPLISHING something first? The prize is a joke and has been for too long due to political considerations behind the scenes. What in the world did Arafat do to earn one but show up at "peace" talks and then backslide, knowing full well he would never agree to recognize Israel. Not that I don't doubt he worked has a community organizer, a lawyer for ACORN, a senator, used to attend church, but at some point I was in "hope" of hearing about the good things he'd done for somebody else, other then himself.
