Exactly what i've come to the conclusion of as well.
I realised that i'm domesticated, and somehow i end up being a housemaid if i let anyone move in with me.
As much as i like being a carer in a relationship, where i care what happens to the people i do not want to be another official carer where i have to wait hand and foot on someone to get even the slightest acknowledgement that they know i'm alive.

I had it all off me just a few years ago when I went swimming lots all summer. But I am working on it. I have pretty toned muscles under this bit of fat. I do a lot of exercises.

Just take all the bad fats and extra sugars out of your diet, thats what I do, its slower going but it stays off you better later.
