That's impossible given the level of technology that the administration has at its disposal.
But I do think that they intend to provoke a revolutionary movement, which they will blame for all sorts of things in the beginning of the trouble.
Then a few million lives later, they may even let the "revolutionaries" win and take over with some sort of communist regime. After all that's just about what they intend anyway.

Ray, there was something not quite right about this past presidential election anyway. I mean, Obama literally comes out of nowhere and then he's put up against McCain???
I remember hearing older people in stores talking among themselves about the age factor of McCain(especially knowing that Reagan had Alzheimers before he left office). Many were wondering why the republicans picked someone so old as their presidential candidate and Sarah Palin, another almost unknown governor of Alaska???
It was like the presidency was handed to Obama on a silver platter. It was just too smooth.
I've always maintained that(and I'll quote from one of my poems),
"don't think your vote will make a difference,
politicians in office are just for appearance."
I truly believe that we are led to believe that when we go to the polls, we're doing something constructive, we're not. It's all a big illusion. They may as well get David Copperfield to make the Statue of Liberty disappear again.

That makes it much easier to get people worked up about something if they are told they are being kept from having something else.

Good point about professional instigators. I knew 'em too.
I was with a loose antiwar group called the studen coalition to end the war in Vietnam. The group had no real leadership structure or anything. It was a genuine ragtag grassroots group.
But then in about 1969 suddenly out of nowhere the Yippies and hte SDS appeared and they literally swept in and took over the projects that the coalition had created. And they changed things a lot. What had been a movement of peace turned into a sort of revolutionary movement. I am sure that the leaders of both the yippies and the SDS were actually working for the other side, they were all zionists. Their goal was not to end the war, it was to radicalize the youth and stir up trouble. And that played right into the hands of the war industry. Radicalizing the peace movement destroyed all public support and drove the nation right back into the Nixon camp for another 4 or 5 years.
