I went to school with a Maltese lad a long time back now. He was a gentleman from what I recollect.I dont know any where I'm living now,but I knew a couple in Mount Gambier,they were OK too!You must be a well behaved race ??

My mum showed me the best method of soft boiled eggs Ive ever seen when I was a wee lad and I use it till this very day.Place the eggs in saucepan in accordance with the amount of eggs (not a huge pot for 3 eggs).cover with cold water and bring to the boil on high,then turn the heat off and when the water stops bubbling thats it.Electric stove only I suspect. Works for me !
