Hi..serina..Love is the most healing force in the world; nothing goes deeper than love. It heals not only the body, not only the mind, but also the soul. If one can love then all one´s wounds disappear. Then one becomes whole - and to be whole is to be holy.
some time it's happened ..as i know.. i'm also looking some one from last two years...but not get right one..but i believe some body also waiting for me out there..
Ken..this is the purpose of meditation: to give us small glimpses that we are not the mind. If even for a few moments the mind stops, you are still there! On the contrary, you are more, overflowing with being. When the mind stops it is as if a drainage which was continuously draining you has stopped. Suddenly you are overflowing with energy. You feel more! If even for a single moment we become aware that the mind is not there but “I am,” we have reached a deep core of truth. Then it will be easy to drop the mind. we are not the mind, otherwise how can we drop yourself? The identification has to be dropped first, then the mind can be dropped

Friend bhadra..Intelligence is the capacity to be in the present. The more you are in the past or are in the future, the less intelligent you are. Intelligence is the capacity to be here-now, to be in this moment and nowhere else. Then you are awake.
Friend challenges....You are not accidental. Existence needs you. Without you something will be missing in existence and nobody can replace it. That's what gives you dignity, that the whole existence will miss you. The stars and sun and moon, the trees and birds and earth - everything in the universe will feel a small place is vacant which cannot be filled by anybody except you. This gives you a tremendous joy, a fulfillment that you are related to existence, and existence cares for you. Once you are clean and clear, you can see tremendous love falling on you from all dimensions.
