If you're the "career type" you would indeed go to Moscow for a limited time in order to gain experience and to have this on your records. Its not at all easy out there but you're not going to Novosibirsk or Krasnoyarsk, which would be the real test (have been there and survived that.)
Should you more tend towards "working in a familiar environment" then stay in Spain....and try to negotiate some bonus for giving up on a better paid alternative.
What I'm reading between your lines is anyway "I prefer Spain" !
