ok all,you dont get my meaning(i think)lots of hard working people die in there mid 60s 70s look at the english royal family for example only..get it nowcheers labourious hard work ie mining building farming and others over 25 years or more giving your all everyday will shorten your functions 100%cheers

ummka yours is a view of yourself,not all women have a fondness of physical fitness..when i was at school most of the girls (wanted out of PT)and after school they never did it again(not all but most)the thing was nobody made it fun(AND THAT IS THE KEY FOR KIDS )but most of all for the girls team sport will get them more involved.cheers

ummka,without a doubt,hard physical activity,is good for all,ie sport,dance ect,but doing a full time job to will take its toll?a spots man or dancer has a short time in ones life..40 odd years as a miner or building worker??you will feel itcheers
