wave Scouse, with our currency being so weak at the moment I cant even consider thinking about going abroad. On Friday the price of 1US$ was R10.05. crying Fortunatly gold seems to be regaining its glitter.applause cheers

Durban is Paradise in the sense of summer 24/7/365... But sometimes I personally just dont like the humidity that can linger sometimes for days. On the whole you, all the tourists will confirm that it is truly a great vacation destination, especially now with our currency slashed for the export market.conversing handshake cheers

ok what about thailand,or indonisia,but its expensive with a plane,and if durban in south africa has high humidity,so too thailand and indonisia right?so spain must be the best place in europe to holiday??unless you have lots of money??cheers

Me too, can not afford a vacation, never, ever... That's to sad, but this is my life. And yes, we had a long clod winter here too, but that does not give me the money to go on vacation to a warmer place... I'm stuck. mumbling doh confused dunno yawn

hi welela,i got 2 weeks in a hotel in benidorm for under 300 euros(honest)flight 150euros thats cheap..i have a full time job and i really need a break,if i could fit you in my suitcase i would take youdevil thats our problem in the northern hemisphere we dont get enough suncheers have a nice summer teddybear

Scouse, I am not paying - thank you...laugh
But it is one holiday we had planned ahead of time...almost a year ago and they are paying for their own fares and expenses!!!...Can you imagine me paying...laugh laugh Where will I get all the money from - unless of course an open check falls from heaven, then maybe yes....rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

fleur,for me its a human right,ok maybe everyone cannot go abroad for a holiday,but to just have that time away from work is essential for good health and well being..for me its just to stay for a holiday here in the north i will not get the sun..teddybear

I’ve planed a 2 month trip with my son through France (Normandy, Brittany, up to St. Malo, over to Jersey, Guernsey). So lets hope we will not need a boat as I only have a car.
