Adjectives are words that describe or modify another person or thing in the sentence. A noun or pronouns are things we can see, feel , touch so obviously they can be made as the subject!
because healthy is an adjective and health is a noun, you say you are an English teacher, surely in your teacher training you should have gone through basic grammar?
